365 - Week 2

None of these are epic works of art - and most aren't even very good photographs.  But at least I did get a picture taken every day, and about half were with my good camera. Considering I'm more tired this week than I was last, I'm counting this as a huge success.

I also imagine that it will get easier to take better pictures as he gets older.  Right now all he does is eat, sleep, cry and poop - and grunt - so that does limit the options. :)

2/19/14: My favorite of his sleeping positions
2/20/14: variation on the sleeping pose theme
2/21/14: I can't get enough of his huge feet
2/22/14: love this swirl on the back of his head
2/23/14: Wahoowa!
2/24/14: He doesn't cry much, but when he does, everyone knows he's mad
2/25/14: Zachary seems to be focusing more when his eyes are open (also, baby acne - yuck)

  1. What a cutie! I'm starting to see a strong resemblance to Finn! I look at photos of M from the first month, when she's sleeping with her arms up by her head, and I marvel at the fact that she could sleep unswaddled. The sleepiness is probably the best newborn feature!

  3. Love them! Elena has a red patch on the back of her head. they said in hospital that it would go away but it never did...you can hardly see it now through her hair...except if she gets really mad then it goes bright purple. Does Zachary have this? Or is that just the lighting on the swirl photo?

  9. They're all works of art, each and every one of them. Love the feet and the double chin in the crying pic, especially. :)

  12. We are going to have so many similar pictures for our 365 day project! I did a pic of the back of Ava's head too- she's got a great swirl! And close-ups on the toes and stuff!
